Refund & returns policy

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if your activation key has not been redeemed. Once a key has been used to activate a subscription, it can no longer be returned because the digital service has been delivered and consumed.

How to request a refund

Email support@lenai.store from the address used at checkout, including your order number. We confirm refund eligibility within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5 business days through the original payment method (Whop or Hotmart).

Defective keys

If a key fails to activate due to a technical issue on our side, we replace it free of charge. If a replacement is not possible, we issue a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve nearly all disputes within 24 hours and can avoid the impact on your account.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no cost any time before the activation key has been delivered. After delivery, the 14-day refund policy applies.
