These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website lenai.store ("Site") and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Operator

2. Products

We sell digital activation keys for third-party software services. Each key is single-use, non-transferable, and grants the buyer access to the corresponding service for the period stated on the product page.

3. Orders & payment

Payments are processed by independent providers (Whop, Hotmart). Orders are confirmed once payment clears. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order suspected of fraud.

4. Delivery

Keys are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes (see Delivery Policy).

5. Refunds

Unused, unredeemed keys are refundable within 14 days. See Refund Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, or share your purchased key with third parties. You agree to comply with the terms of service of the underlying service the key activates.

7. Trademarks & reseller status

"Lovable", "Replit", and "Manus" are trademarks of their respective owners. Lenai operates as an independent reseller of activation keys for these services. Lenai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies and is not the manufacturer of the underlying software.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenai's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, WA.

We may update these Terms; the latest version is always posted on this page.
