Delivery policy

All Lenai products are 100% digital. No physical item is shipped. Each order is delivered electronically as an activation code sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery time

Activation codes are delivered within 15 minutes of payment confirmation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In rare cases of manual fraud review, delivery may take up to 1 hour. If you have not received your code after 1 hour, please email support@lenai.store and we will resolve it immediately.

Delivery cost

Digital delivery is free worldwide. There are no shipping fees, taxes, or duties on digital activation keys.

Tracking

Because the product is digital, there is no tracking number. Your order confirmation email serves as proof of delivery.

Wrong email address

If you mistyped your email at checkout, contact us within 24 hours and we will resend the key to the correct address after verifying your identity through the payment processor.
